  This is the worst company I've rented an apartment from. Lack of responsiveness, unprofessional behavior, and increasing the rent for no reason after a year of lease. My experience with renting an apt that was home for all kinda of bugs and mice was not good. In spite of many requests to find out the way mice get in the apartment and potentially blocking their way into place, they never tried to fix the problem but putting some mouse trap to temporarily fix the mice issue that never worked. Miscommunication. Although I let them know one and half month in advance that I'm moving out and I got a confirmation from them that I don't need to do any further action and interestingly they sent me a notice of vacation for end of May, they charged me for the rent of June that I didn't live there. All in all, I didn't have a good experience and it might be just me. Hope it helps someone.

  I absolutely LOVED my experience with Roberts Realty! Jim was the best first landlord I could've ever asked for. He was always easily able to reach when I needed something and took care of any issues I had promptly. I would highly recommend renting from him!
